NTI shifts gears to a unified digital presence

NTI is Australia's leading specialist insurance provider for Australia's Transport and Logistics Industries. With decades of expertise, NTI has built a reputation for being the trusted partner for the businesses that keep Australia Truckin', Shippin', and Diggin'.

Having identified an opportunity to consolidate NTI's digital presence, Zeroseven were tasked with developing a new website that would bring together their products, empower internal marketing teams, and optimise user experiences for both the public and internal stakeholders.

One website for multiple products

NTI's objective for this rebuild was bring together their multiple brand presences to be readily available on the one website. Where previously each brand had its own individual presence, with associated theming and styling, the new approach meant bringing it all under the NTI banner and making it readily available and navigable across all products.

In order to achieve this, an audit of the different widgets, contents and forms that comprised the individual sites was undertaken, identifying which elements would be consolidated and integrated into the new design. Special effort was made to ensure that there was an intuitive, efficient experience for all users under the unified website, ensuring a consistent user experience.

This new face showcasing the multiple products helps solidify the brand identity while creating a more streamlined experience for digital marketers and internal stakeholders. The new structure also offered scalability with the NTI empowered to integrate additional brands and products in the future with ease.

The right content for the right user

Another aspect of the new website design was the incorporation of a hub for brokers, providing an avenue for content that is specific to their needs, as they are far more likely to consume policy documents and other technical documentation.

As these brokers are visiting the site regularly, a customisable quick links feature was implemented to make navigating the broker hub as easy and efficient as possible for users.

Kentico: a robust platform for digital experiences

Built on Kentico Xperience 13, the new NTI website leverages a powerful and flexible CMS tailored for complex digital experiences. With the ability to handle multiple brand identities, extensive widget configurations, and dynamic content structures, Kentico provided the ideal foundation to deliver a streamlined yet highly customisable solution.

Managing multiple style guides for NTI’s distinct products was a key consideration—each brand maintained its own visual identity while still adhering to an overarching design system. Kentico's flexible widget and theme architecture enables the seamless application of brand-specific styling across shared components, ensuring visual cohesion without compromising brand differentiation. This not only simplifies ongoing content management but also future-proofs the site for the addition of new products and visual updates.
